Dr. Ashish Chikhale did his postgraduation in ENT from GMC Nagpur. He was Senior Registrar at various BMC Hospitals in Mumbai. He as worked as lecturer at Govt.Medical College. He has done a fellowship in head & neck oncosurgery from Tata Memorial Hospital. He is attached to various hospital as consultant including RST Cancer Hospital.

He is working in the field of head and neck cancer since 17 years. He has developed a novel protocol for treating oral submucous Fibrosis and Trismus. He is Teaching faculty for Foundation of Head and Neck Oncology. He has been a faculty and co-ordinator for various local and national workshops. He has recived MAHARASHTRA GAURV AWARD for his work in the field of cancer.
